What plate heat exchanger spare parts do you keep in stock?
We stock plates, gaskets, tightening bolts, guide bars, liners and frame components for over 10 major PHE brands including Alfa Laval, GEA, APV/SPX, Sondex, Tranter, Hisaka, Schmidt, Funke, SWEP and Fischer. Plates available in SS316, SS304 and titanium. Gaskets in NBR, EPDM and Viton, both clip-on and glue-on types. One-component adhesive and two-part epoxy also available.
How fast can you deliver plates and gaskets?
Stock items are available for immediate dispatch from our Piraeus warehouse. Items not in stock typically require 5 to 20 working days depending on the type and size of the order. For urgent requests, contact us and we will do our best to expedite delivery.
Do you supply OEM or aftermarket plate heat exchanger parts?
We supply both. Our aftermarket plates and gaskets are manufactured to OEM specifications and offer reliable performance at competitive prices. Original OEM parts are also available on request for all brands we cover.
Where are your plate heat exchanger parts sourced from?
Our plates and gaskets are sourced from trusted manufacturers in Sweden, Portugal and China. Every part is quality-checked at our Piraeus facility before dispatch to ensure it meets the required specifications.
Do you handle emergency heat exchanger repairs?
Yes. We provide emergency plate heat exchanger repair service from our Piraeus facility. For critical breakdowns we prioritise your unit for immediate disassembly, inspection, cleaning and regasketing to get you back in operation as fast as possible.
What does a complete plate heat exchanger overhaul include?
A full PHE overhaul in our Piraeus facility includes disassembly of the plate pack, inspection of every plate for cracks and wear, chemical cleaning to remove fouling and deposits, gasket stripping and replacement, frame plate inspection and repair if needed, reassembly, hydrostatic pressure testing, and a detailed technical report with photos.
Do you supply complete new plate heat exchangers?
Yes. We supply complete gasketed and brazed plate heat exchangers for replacement or new installations. For replacements, send us your existing unit's nameplate data. For new designs, provide the fluids, temperatures, flow rates and operating pressures and our engineers will design the optimal configuration. Every unit is delivered with full documentation and warranty.
How do I request a quote for PHE parts or service?
Use our online quote request form or contact us by email or phone. For spare parts, provide the heat exchanger brand, model and number of plates. For service, let us know the unit type and the work required. We typically respond within a few hours.
