Do you handle emergency separator breakdowns?
Yes. We provide emergency breakdown service for marine centrifugal separators and purifiers. Our technicians can attend vessels at Greek ports at short notice, and we dispatch critical spare parts same day to minimise vessel downtime.
What does a complete separator overhaul include?
A full centrifugal separator overhaul in our workshop includes complete disassembly and inspection, replacement of all wear parts (seals, O-rings, bearings), bowl repair and reconditioning, dynamic balancing, automation and EPC parameter configuration, reassembly, and full testing. Every overhauled separator is documented with a detailed technical report.
What is the Bowl Complete Exchange Program?
We deliver a fully inspected, reconditioned, and balanced bowl assembly from our stock, ready for immediate installation on your vessel. After fitting the exchange bowl, you return your old unit. This eliminates vessel downtime waiting for workshop repairs and is available for most Alfa Laval, GEA, and Mitsubishi separator models.
Do you supply OEM or aftermarket separator parts?
We supply both. We carry original OEM spare parts from Alfa Laval, GEA Westfalia, and Mitsubishi as well as quality aftermarket alternatives. Every aftermarket part is inspected to ensure it meets OEM specifications.
Do you sell reconditioned marine separators?
Yes. We keep fully overhauled and reconditioned Alfa Laval, GEA Westfalia, and Mitsubishi centrifugal separators in stock. Every reconditioned unit is dynamically balanced, tested, documented with a full report, and sold with warranty.
Which ports do you serve for on-board service?
We are based in Piraeus and regularly serve vessels at all major Greek ports including Piraeus, Elefsina, Salamina, Perama, Thessaloniki, and the Greek islands. Worldwide on-site separator service is available by arrangement.
